Lighting Out of Sync

I just installed a Blackwidow V4 and Basilisk V3.  I had some issues with the Razer software, so I uninstalled everything, cleaned out the drivers, and reinstalled only Synapse.  (I don’t really care for RGB and the basic functions are fine with me.)  However, I do want the lighting to sync between the kb and mouse.  Whenever I start my computer now, the mouse lighting is always about .5-2 seconds ahead of the kb, even with Synapse running.  I have to manually apply a different basic lighting scheme and back to spectrum cycling for them to sync.
