Lights does not up

I have a Razer Blackwidow keyboard, but the lights are not turning on. However, when I press the "ESC, Caps Lock, Space" keys to exit demo mode, the lights come on, but keys dont work this time. I've been dealing with this for days, is there anyone who can help

    Does the behavior happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different USB port to test? Please try to perform the troubleshooting steps from this article. If the the problem persists, PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for warranty options.
