Lock screen issue on win10

I've had this issue for a while but have forgotten about it as I have been able to get away with not locking my screen and just turning off my PC. I am having an issue with my Blackwidow 2013 where it looks to have the keys stuck every time windows goes into the lock screen. I found a similar issue here - https://linustechtips.com/topic/423079-lock-screen-issue-with-razer-synapse-and-windows-10/ Which states that I may need a firmware upgrade, downloading the file on the link in the post doesn't work for me as it says "No device detected". I can't really find my keyboard anywhere on the support pages to download a firmware update. is it possible to get a copy of the firmware? *Removed serial number from public view.

    Have you tried setting the keyboard as a device that wakes up the computer? That usually helps. But do send me the serial number so I can check for possible firmware solutions. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
