Lock Screen Showing in Background

I am not sure if this is an issue with my hardware, Razer Blade, or Windows 10 but recently while certain color images are on screen, just about anything not one solid color, I can see parts of my lock screen. For example, when I open the start menu I can see a faint outline of the date and whatever random windows image shows up there. It does not appear in screenshots but it also changes everyday. What is causing this and is there anything I can do to fix it? The issue becomes especially distracting while in certain areas of video games.
