"logging you in..." to surround sound 7.1

I try to connect to surround sound 7.1, it keeps saying "logging you in..." and nothing happens. I rebooted my computer but still can't login to 7.1

    Same situation. I tried to find a solution to the problem, but I didn't find any information other than this post. :(

    Same. Just bought a new headset today and downloaded the app.

    Edit: Just found a workaround. I signed in to the desktop site, linked my RazorID to my google and then tried signing in with google on the app and it worked.

    I linked my account to Twitch. Now I'm logged in, but I can't use it. The program does not open, and the only thing I can do is go to my profile settings, log out of my account and close the program.

    Edit: Well, I tried to install the program on a virtual machine. Surprisingly, the program works.
