Logitech USB headset stopped working (Windows 11)

Hi Folks,

I've got a Logitech PRO X headset that just stopped working on my Razer Book 13. If I plug it into the audio jack it works fine, but if I plug it into the USB port I get nothing. Windows 11 shows the PRO X in the device manager but it's stuck on mute and I can't change it or get any sound. The USB input works perfectly on my desktop PC (Windows 10).

At work I have access to a Meeting Owl, which only uses a USB interface, and that stopped working on my Book 13 as well.

I've tried updating the drivers but Windows 11 tells me the latest drivers are already installed.

The Meeting Owl problem started before I updated to Windows 11.

Any ideas?
