I lost the wireless USB dongle for my Razer BlackShark V2 Pro 2020, model RZ04-0322.
The headset itself is still working fine, so I’m just looking for a compatible replacement dongle.
Is there any way to purchase a replacement dongle directly from Razer, or could someone from support check if there is still stock available for this model?
I can provide the serial number by PM if needed.

I understand that you are looking for a replacement dongle for your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro. According to our warranty policy, claims arising from any unacceptable use or care of the Product, including (without limitation) misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modification or repair, unauthorized commercial use or any operation of the Product outside Razer's recommended parameters are not covered under warranty. Because of this, a lost dongle would not be eligible for a warranty replacement.
