Loose USB-C Connection
For about a month now, I've been suffering from a loose USB-C connection on my Razer Phone 2. At first, I thought it was a problem with the phone to headphone adapter, but have now tried multiple adapters and headphones. Symptoms are:
1. Headphones disconnect constantly. I have to have the dongle positioned perfectly in order to get it to connect and if I move, it disconnects again.
2. Sometimes the charging cycles through "charging rapidly" and "charging slowly"
The USB-C port appears clean (no lint or anything), so I'm not sure what to do next.
I need help here! I listen to audiobooks constantly, so this is a very frustrating development.

Im having the EXACT same issue. I even bought a wireless charger and it does the same thing. Im guessing its a bigger issue than just the USB-C port. Please let me know if they give you a fix for this. Thank you.

There is only one thing that we can do because this is a physical issue with the USB-C port. That would be to send the phone in for repair. Please PM me so I can submit repair requests on your behalf.
