Today I was forced to remove and reinstall Synapse 2.0. After reinstallation, I logged into the Razer cloud and found, to my surprise, that all of my profiles have been deleted. I thought that storing them in the razer cloud would be linked to my account which was NOT deleted.
Is there a method to recover the missing profiles?
