recently i lost my 7.1 surround code, i registered it to my razer ID and i have not recived any email with the code, what can i do ?

Please send me the serial number of the headset, a copy of the proof of purchase, and the email address you used to register the device. I can use those to verify if you are eligible for a code generation request.
