Dear Razer Support Team,

I am writing to request a new activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound feature for my Razer BlackShark V2 X headset. Unfortunately, I have lost only the small code card that came with the packaging.

I bought the headset second-hand, so I do not have the original purchase receipt. However, I still have the original box, all the included accessories, the headset itself, and its serial number: [removed serial number for security purposes]. I can provide photos of everything if needed.

Please provide me with a new activation code so I can use the 7.1 Surround Sound. If this request requires a human agent rather than a bot, please forward my ticket to the appropriate specialist.

Thank you for your assistance!

Hey there, @soloCerisePinkfuture129

Upon checking the serial number you provided, I found that the device has already been registered three times by three different previous owners. Please note that products purchased from unauthorized dealers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray-market goods, which can result in registration and warranty-related issues.

According to our warranty policy, products purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered under Razer's Limited Warranty. Any support or warranty concerns should be directed to the seller or dealer from whom the product was purchased. For more information, please refer to our warranty policy: https://www.razer.com/warranty.

Please note that activation codes, such as the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code, are designed for one-time use and are non-transferable. If the code has already been registered and activated, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a new code.

Given these circumstances, I highly recommend contacting the reseller from whom you purchased the device. They will be in the best position to assist you with your concerns and explore any available resolutions, including a possible replacement. This will also be the quickest path toward a resolution.

Also, I have edited your post and removed your device's serial number for security purposes. If you have any questions, please send me a PM, and I'll be glad to assist you further. Thank you for your understanding.
