Lost 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code for Kraken X

I have a Razer Kraken X headset. 
I lost the original 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. 
Unfortunately, I no longer have the purchase receipt or registration details, as this headset originally belonged to a close friend who passed away in May 2024.
if anyone can help me get the activation code. I would be grateful
