Lost access to 2FA and phone number

Question

I currently cannot access my account because I lost access to the phone number used for 2-Step Authentication, old phone and I no longer have my backup codes.I still have access to my email and can verify my identity.Please assist me in recovering access to my account or resetting the 2FA method.

I currently cannot access my account because I lost access to the phone number used for 2-Step Authentication, old phone and I no longer have my backup codes.I still have access to my email and can verify my identity.Please assist me in recovering access to my account or resetting the 2FA method.Your account needs verification first. I suggest contacting our Support Team through this link and going to Software & Apps > Razer Synapse 3 or 4, then select Yes (Are you using Synapse with a Razer Device), then click the next button. Once done, select OTHER ISSUE so you can get the contact support for chat. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.*Thread is now locked.
