Lost access to 2FA and phone number

I currently cannot access my account because I lost access to the phone number used for 2-Step Authentication, old phone and I no longer have my backup codes.

I still have access to my email and can verify my identity.

Please assist me in recovering access to my account or resetting the 2FA method.

Your account needs verification first. I suggest contacting our Support Team through this link and going to Software & Apps > Razer Synapse 3 or 4, then select Yes (Are you using Synapse with a Razer Device), then click the next button. Once done, select OTHER ISSUE so you can get the contact support for chat. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
