I recently changed my phone number and I no longer have access to my old number. The last four digits of my old phone number are 3114.
When I try to change my phone number on my Razer ID account, I am asked for a verification code sent to my old number or a recovery/backup code. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to either of them.
I still have access to the email address associated with my Razer ID and I am the original owner of the account.
Could you please help me regain access to my account and update my phone number?
