Hi, my computer was hacked and I completely lost access to the email associated with my account. I want to change my password/email associated with this account but I can’t do it without verifying through the email I can’t access anymore! Please help! thank you!

I can help get this started for you, but first I’ll need a few details so I can endorse the case properly. Please send me a PM with the details below and confirm if you have any of the following migratable data on your old Razer ID:

  • Your Razer ID, Profiles, and Razer Synapse Cloud settings
  • License code for 7.1 Surround Sound or Surround Pro
  • Your Cortex settings, gameplay, and Wish List
  • Your Newsletter subscriptions
  • RazerStore address book
  • Razer Game Store Profile
  • Razer Gold/Silver Wallet Balance

Also, fill in the following:

  • Razer ID:
  • Old email address:
  • New email address:
  • Date of Birth:
  • Full Name:
  • Phone number:
  • Country:
