Lost Access to Two-Factor Authentication and Recovery Codes – Need Assistance

I have lost access to my two-factor authentication app as well as my backup recovery codes. As a result, I am unable to log into my account on the global Razer Gold website. I need your assistance to reset my two-factor authentication or regain access to my account as soon as possible.

 

I have recently topped up razer gold and is unable to proceed to my transaction. Please guide me through the necessary steps to recover my account or temporarily disable two-factor authentication.
