I own a Razer Kraken 7.1 V2. I bought it second-hand, but there's one problem. I cannot find my activation code in any way. I do not have the proof of purchase, this means I can't ask razer for a new one, even though I have serial numbers etc. I'm unable to reach the first owner of my device. Is there an way to find my activation code? I really want synapse, I de-installed it because the EQ was bugging, and now I've lost my software.
I hope anybody could help me.

Hey everyone! If a device is purchased through Razer Store or razer.com, the code should be sent after registering the product via email. On the other hand, if it's purchased from an authorized reseller, they should have sent an activation card in your headset's package. Please send me a
PM together with the email address that is associated to your Razer ID and the device's serial number that starts with "SN" so I can check its registration status. I'll be locking this thread now.
