hello, I reinstalled my computer, I wanted to install 7.1 surround sound to calibrate my headphones, it asks me again for the activation code, which I can no longer find, can you help me? I have the purchase invoice.

    What's the model of your headset? Please send me a PM including your device's serial number and the email address associated to your Razer ID so I can check its registration status and verify if there's an allocated code in your account.
