Please help! I recently restored my computer and no longer have my activation code for my Kraken headset. I've already tried talking to support in the live chat, but they stopped responding and the auto chat ended the session due to inactivity. *Removed case number from public view.

    You may have gotten disconnected to the live-chat, but that's not going to happen here. Send me the serial number of your headset and your email address. I can use those to check if there's an activation code linked to your Razer ID. *Locking this thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
