lost activation code for 7.1 surround sound

Heey.

I lost my activation code for the surround sound 7.1 for my RAZER KRAKEN KITTY. 

Now i registered my product again through the website. But im not rechieving the activation code on my e-mail adres.

I hope you can help me with this.
