lost activation code to 7.1

I activated 7.1 on razer blackshark v2 headphones, but I had something with the motherboard, after that I bought a new one, reinstalled Windows and then went into the reiser and there he writes to me activate the 7.1 system with the activation key. I lost it a long time ago, I wrote to the person in the raiser on the forum with a check mark, he helped me register my headphones in the raiser, but it did not help me activate 7.1 or get the code. please help
