I am the owner of a pair of Razer Hammerhead True Wireless (2nd Gen) earbuds. Unfortunately, I have lost the original charging case and am currently unable to use or charge the earbuds.
I would like to know if it is possible to order a replacement charging case for this specific model. I can provide the serial number and proof of purchase if needed.
Please let me know if such a replacement is available and how I can proceed.
