You need to come a bit more specific when asking questions like this, only stating a model # doesn’t help because it could be anything they made.

Yeah or they could just upgrade to a much better mouse line, cant go wrong with the DeathAdder V3’s for sure

i lost my usb reciver for my mouse, can i program a new usb reciver to work with the mouse?

because i got my second mamba mouse that still has the usb reciver but the mouse doubbleclicks so its unusable

Yes - use this tool to pair it with mouse: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1810
For doubleclicks - replace main switches for some decent ones like Kailh GM4.0 or GM8.0 - fairly easy and cheap to do.
