Lost HyperPolling Dongle for Razer Viper V3 Pro – Can I Purchase a Replacement?

Dear Razer Support,

I purchased a Razer Viper V3 Pro from official Razer seller on Taobao and currently live in Singapore.

Unfortunately, I have lost the original HyperPolling wireless dongle.

I understand this may not be covered under warranty. I would like to know if it is possible to purchase a replacement dongle that can be paired with my mouse.

I can provide my mouse serial number and proof of purchase if required.

Let me assist you with your mouse. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
