Lost my 2FA authenticator cause I bought a new phone and didn't migrate help?

So uhm during the span of like 3 months I was bought 3 different phones, and all I did was log into my accounts, completely forgot about the razer gold authenticator cause I wasn’t using it anyway, until today. So pls help :3
