lost my access to authentication app and back up codes T-T

as I already said, I lost my access to authentication app and back up codes, so now i cant buy stuff with my razer gold currency, and btw it’s frustrating how there isn’t a category for this kind of problems on the razer support, so the only option that i have, it’s to write this stuff here.
