Support won't replace it. I read the reviews of the ones I found online compatible and they are garbage. Does anyone know of a band or source or alternative model that's quality and will work with my v3 pro pc headset?
I mean it's a mic with a jack and it's quality. Gotta be some "useable alternative". They didn't sell replacements here or to me from support.... FYI, hence my post.
