Lost my promocode for THX Spatial Audio because order was cancelled

I ordered the Thx Spatial Audio 28 Feb 2025 Order Number: RZUSWP1000001874851

and used 50% promocode on this. My order cancelled automatically (because of troubles with a card)

But I tried to order again and I cant use my promocode. Waiting for your help, thanks.
