Lost old Phone number | Razer Insider

Hello!
   I went ahead and created a ticket however, I am simply unsure if I placed the support ticket properly and wanted to reach out here to the community regarding my issue. I switched carriers which required me to have my phone number switched. I have also, tried to look for my backup codes but no luck at all. Hopefully someone here could assist me with my concern because I just purchased Razer Gold and now I can’t use it so its quite frustrating as it feels like I wasted my money especially if I cannot use it .
