Lost parcel via DHL from Razer | Razer Insider

Hi guys, I am just exprrssing my disappointment with Razer regarding this lost item in transit. I know that was not their fault but 9 days ago I already sent them proof email from DHL regarding this. It has been almost 1 week and a half and I am yet to receive a relevant response from them regarding a replacement. It feels like they are just mocking around here. Anyone got this same situation before?
