I still have access to the email used in the account and I also have a proof of recent purchase of Gold credits. However, I can’t use the credits since it will request OTP or it needs a back- up code in which both I no longer have access. Need help on this. Thanks!

I have the same problem with my account. Just want to change the mobile number associated with my account.
