I’ve seen quite a number of people posting that they lost or damaged their wireless dongle. And I’ve seen some replies saying someone would look at the inventory and others that the dongle is not a replaceable item.
Well I am in this same situation myself now. Is it possible to get a replacement? Having to plug my wireless headset in to be able to have high quality audio and use the mic defeats the purpose of a wireless headset. Please help, thanks in advance!
