Lost Razer Viper V3 Pro Dongle

Hello,

 

I lost the wireless dongle for my Razer Viper V3 Pro. Because of that, I purchased the HyperPolling dongle since the Razer website mentioned compatibility. However, I was unable to use it with my Viper V3 Pro mouse.

 

I would like to ask if it is possible to request a replacement dongle for the Viper V3 Pro. If not, could you please let me know where I can purchase a compatible Viper V3 Pro receiver?

    Razer Cobra Pro

    Razer Cobra HyperSpeed

    Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro (Classic base)

    Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed

    Razer Viper V3 Pro SE

    Razer Viper V3 HyperSpeed

    Razer Viper V2 Pro

     

    If your device is not listed above, unfortunately the HyperPolling dongle will not work with your mouse.
