Lost Recovery Codes and 2FA

i recently lost my 2FA connected to my account and now i am unable to use my gold points and they are just sitting there i cant change anything in settings as it requires 2FA and i can basically not do anything rn .
i have been trying to contact support via live chat but it  is showing “no agent available right now” since yesterday .
