Lost USB Dongle for Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (White Edition) – Need Replacement Help

I’m using the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro – White Edition (FRML Packaging) and I’ve unfortunately lost the USB wireless dongle. I’m currently using the headset via 3.5mm cable, but I can’t access Synapse or THX Spatial Audio, and the sound quality is limited.

  • Region: Delhi, India

Is there any way to:

  1. Buy an official replacement dongle (preferably within India)?

  2. Pair a new dongle to my existing headset?

  3. Get assistance via an authorized service center?
