I’m using the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro – White Edition (FRML Packaging) and I’ve unfortunately lost the USB wireless dongle. I’m currently using the headset via 3.5mm cable, but I can’t access Synapse or THX Spatial Audio, and the sound quality is limited.
