Low audio, Razer Kraken Tournament Edition

Hello, my Kraken have recently started to have very low volume. I have already tried to: 1. Turn up the volume from the 2 points of the Kraken and from the PC mixer 2. Reinstall the Drivers 3. Reinstall Synapse 4. Clean the Jack What can I do? Thanks in advance for the help.

      Have you tried on a different device? Have you checked if there are any "sound enhancers" enabled in windows that may result in a drop in volume?

        I have tried on another PC with USB output, I have also tried with the mobile phone and always the same problem. For sound enhancers I have no idea what I should check.

        Update the firmware of your headset by following the steps here. Otherwise, the problem is hardware-related.
