Low battery notification

Hello

I have a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro wireless.

Whenever i start my computer and turn on my headset synapse shows a low battery notification while it’s nowhere near low battery and it will give this notification constantly. But when i open synapse and go to the device page it says “Detecting Device”. I then restart synapse and it shows perfectly and no low battery popup. Any idea what this could cause this? And any idea on how to fix this?

    This keeps happening to me too and it’s really annoying, I haven’t figured out how to fix it

    I also got this issue. The only way to make it stop the notification is to force close Razer Synapse and re-launch it. This will stop the false low battery notification. There is no fix for it. I feel like with Razer there’s always something broken. Probably the last time I buy something from this brand...
