Low FPS on COD: Warzone

With a 2019 Razer Blade 2070 and i7-9750H, I can't seem to get above 30 fps on warzone even with all the graphics on the lowest. Does anyone know if this is normal? It seems weird that a triple A game would be running so poorly with a 2070.
