The problem was apparent right out of the box: the maximum volume is very low. These are headphones from the Chinese market; there were no issues activating them via the serial number. I connected them via the 3.5mm jack to a USB-C adapter/amp and tested them on both a smartphone and a PC using Synapse. Next, I used the latest official software from the product page—EID Utility v1.0.0_r3 (which showed no errors)—but encountered an update error with FirmwareUpdater_v1.3.0_r2. The initial firmware version is detected differently each time—sometimes 1.1.0, sometimes 0.0.0, or even 55.51.50. What could be the cause, and what is wrong? Thanks in advance.

Hello there, @DesKoy!

Where specifically did you purchase it? What’s the name of the store or seller? Let me know via PM along with your Hammerhead’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
