Low sound with Synapse

Hello, I have a Kraken Pro that used to work well with synapse on my computer (Win7). But for some reason it stopped working well, the sound is really low even though I disabled all the other lecture peripherals. The weirder gets when I put sound (youtube) the green bar that let you vizualise the power of the sound is full but in my ear there is only a very low sound. How can it be fixed ? Thank you
