Low sound with Synapse

Hello, I have a Kraken Pro that used to work well with synapse on my computer (Win7). But for some reason it stopped working well, the sound is really low even though I disabled all the other lecture peripherals. The weirder gets when I put sound (youtube) the green bar that let you vizualise the power of the sound is full but in my ear there is only a very low sound. How can it be fixed ? Thank you

    Hi there! Have you tried using it with other devices to see if the same issue persists? If not yet, please do and let me know how it goes.
