Low volume on my headset

I recently bought a new Blackshark v2 x. Yesterday the audio was working fine but today the audio coming from my headset is extremely quiet and I can barely hear it. I have checked my ps5 settings already

    I understand that you're having an audio issues with your Razer Blackshark V2 X. Please let me know via PM if there is any changes made to your system or PC prior to the issue? Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue. 

     

    If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase in PDF format for a possible warranty claim.
