i just got the ornata and viper v2 for my crappy 2010 imac, and when i try to sign into synapse 2 it keeps just reloading the login screen. and wont open the application. im signed into adobe creative cloud and everything but it just isnt working

    Try whitelisting the app on your AntiMalware or Firewall. With that said, please note that while the Ornata is supported on Synapse 2 for mac, the Viper isn't. For reference, please check this list of supported peripherals.
