Mac Osx Synapse doesn't recognize my razer keyboard.

I bought a brand new Razer keyboard huntsman tournament edition from Amazon and installed synapse in my iMac because synapse doesn't open in my pc, i tried re installing but nothing works so i installed synapse in my mac but it doesn't recognize the keyboard, need help please.

Please note that Huntsman TE is not supported on Synapse 2.0 for mac and that the app only supports up to macOS version 10.14. The keyboard should still work, but you won't be able to customize it on your iMac. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
