MacOS support for Kraken Kitty v3 pro

Help Please. I am able to connect by bluetooth and the doggle from MacOS to Kraken Kitty v3 pro. However, I want is the kitty with chroma lights. I can’t seem to have the razor apps or apple to recognize my headset and i get [ No compatible devices detected. Please connect a Razor Chroma device or enable “Chroma-connect” in supported third-party device software. ]

    Same problem, and current as of 10/9/26.  MacOS Golden Gate M5 with Synapse 4.  The thunderbolt 5 dock works with Mac, but if you connect the Kraken Kitty V3 Pro, Synapse doesn’t see it, and it just doesn’t exist.

    Same. I have a Kraken Kitty V3 Pro and synapse will not allow me to change equalizer and lights through synapse 4 on m5 mac as of 10/20/26.  I also use the Razer thunderbolt 5 dock on my mac, and that works.  I can change the lights and settings on that.
