macro keys don't work

Hi, I need some help. I have a Razer BlackWidow V4 keyboard that has M1-M6 macro buttons on the side. The problem occurred when I wanted to reprogram the M1-M3 buttons, but neither button responds and nothing happens.

I tried assigning it to the M4-M6 buttons, and it works there without any problems. The keyboard is new, about 2 months old, and has been well cared for.

I have read several times that it could be a bug in Synapse due to new software updates, so I reinstalled it, but the problem still persists. I've also tried connecting the keyboard to another computer, but the problem remains the same.

I would be grateful for any advice.

Same.  I only bought the Blackwidow for the macro and my pc broke now I have to reinstall everything and my macros do not work no matter what version of razer synapse I download.  As in it doesn’t record and save my macros.  

I’ve tried razer app 4  and  razer app 3.  PC Windows 10.

Okay got it to work.  Uninstalled all razer app.  Restarted pc.  Reinstalled razer 4 app.  Now it’s working.

*Note I’m talking about Synapse app.
