Hey. After updating synapse 3 to version 3.5.1215.121019, macros do not work correctly. When you change the profile, the macro resets the settings, the delay in the macro does not work and generally does not work well. When can we expect this to be fixed? Can I install an older version of synapse? Everything worked well in the previous version.
This is soo frustrating its not working for me and there are many other also

i am new user of RAZER and it worked for few days then alter there was the update since then its broken

and what worse it you cant roll back or install older version as it will connect with internet and install the new version only



dont know when they are going to fix this its been already weeks

Hi there! Thanks for initiating this thread. Please repair the Razer Synapse 3.0 and see if it helps by following the steps below:



1. Right-click the Start button.

2. Select Apps and Features.

3. Search for Razer.

4. Select Synapse.

5. Choose to uninstall.

6. "Uninstall" again.

7. Wait for the Razer menu to open, then select "Repair".

8. Wait for the repairing process to finish and restart once it prompts you.

9. Central services will request you to log in, then launch Razer Synapse.

Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately it didn't help. When you change the profile, the macro is still reset. For it to work normally, you need to keep the Maros window open.

After many years of using Razer, I made the decision to switch to steelseries. Goodbye Razer.
hi all sorry for my english but i mast ask same information, i have razer tartarus v2 and i use with razer synapse 3 but this program not have macro section. The section just doen't exist, wat i can do?

Everyone who has this issue try once

uninstall like Razer other software 3rd party like ambient software in my case and EPIC game launcher and check once

Save the compressed files via Google Drive or to another online drive account. Should the clean reinstallation of Razer Synapse 3.0 didn't help, send me a PM together with the link with the uploaded logs.
