Macro wont stop activateing after I press the button even after I deleted the macro

I have a Naga Trinity and it wont stop left clicking even after I deleted the macro for it. Can anybody help me with this?

    Hello. What version of Synapse are you using? Does the same issue still happen even when Synapse is closed?

    I actually fixed the glitch by deleting it and redownloading it, but I was using Synapse 3 and the issue still happened when it was closed
