Macros no longer working?

after looking I couldn't find a similar thread. I can not work out for the life of me why my macros no longer work yes, I am completely up to date, and I have watched razer's own YT videos and still have no idea. any help would be appreciated

    Check button settings, if there are binds to your macros. Try restarting pc or synapse reinstall.
