Macros Not Working MacOS Mojave 10.14.6

I have a Razer Naga Trinity that I use for work and Synapse has been working for a while, but all of the sudden my macros are not working. It is only the side keys I use macros with, the side keys with keyboard functions work fine. I have tried unplugging the mouse, force quitting synapse, restarting my computer, and recreating the macros. All to no avail. Please advise.

I do not have another account to try. I can make one though. They work on and off periodically.

I just created a new account and macros are still not working.
