Macros using tab after being executed.

Hello, I have razer basilisk v3 using 3 macros (Win + Tab / Win + CTRL + Left / Win + CTRL + Right) but after the execution of the macro, this works but for some reason TAB seems to be pressed after the execution/trigger/press of the macro, and only solved (stop tab key pressed) closing SYNAPSE. Any ideas on how to solve it? Win 11
